Unused panels bank for 12 months, FIFO. A slow quarter doesn't cost you anything. A busy quarter draws from the bank first before it touches your cap.

Founding Member lock

The first 50 customers lock their tier price for 3 years. Any new customer who signs up before we raise prices publicly gets a 12-month price lock regardless.

Pay for 10 months, get 12. Annual billing saves ~17% and helps us keep the lights on as a bootstrapped company.

Frequently asked questions

Are there any per-panel surcharges?
No. If you go over your monthly cap, you don't pay extra per panel. Instead, you auto-upgrade to the next tier after either 3 consecutive months over cap or a single month more than 150% over. We send a 7-day notice before any upgrade, and the upgrade is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Field crews on job sites never get blocked because of billing.
What happens to unused panels?
Unused panels roll over for 12 months on a FIFO (first-in, first-out) basis. A slow month doesn't cost you anything — the cap you didn't use this month is still there next month.
Can I change tiers?
Yes, anytime. Upgrade takes effect immediately (prorated). Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What's the Founding Member program?
The first 50 customers to sign up lock their tier price for 3 years. If we raise prices during that window, you keep yours. Founding Members also get white-glove onboarding and direct founder access.
Is there a contract?
No. Cancel anytime. We do offer an optional annual billing discount (pay 10 months, get 12) for customers who want to lock in savings, but it's not required.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You get a 30-day export window after cancellation. Your compliance records are guaranteed to be retained for 7 years per our Terms of Service — even after you’re no longer a customer — because compliance audits can look back that far.
How is Sunpliance different from solar project management software?
Project management tools track installation jobs. Sunpliance tracks the chain-of-custody of individual panels from removal through final disposition — recycling, repurposing, or hazmat — with regulator-grade audit trails and certificates. It's purpose-built for end-of-life compliance, not retrofitted from something else.
Is Sunpliance related to Blue Flag Solar?
Yes — same owner, different companies. Blue Flag Solar is a regional solar decommissioning service business operating in New Jersey. Sunpliance is a national SaaS platform that Blue Flag happens to use as a customer. Blue Flag’s tenant data is walled off from all other tenant data at the database level. Sunpliance doesn’t track job pricing, so there’s no conflict of interest between us building the platform and competing with our own customers. See our Terms of Service for the full disclosure.
